It enables country-specific equipment rental billing, internal and external billing, as well as location-specific management of all equipment – regardless of whether it is used internally, accounted for within a group, or rented to third parties.

With location management, equipment can be assigned precisely, while defining areas of responsibility allows a clear assignment of duties. The equipment history documents all usage and ensures maximum transparency regarding the usage and profitability of each individual piece of equipment.
Master Data, Cost Centers, and Accounting
The module provides access to overarching master data such as cost centers and supports country-specific construction equipment lists in different currencies and structures. Thanks to individual equipment datasheet design, company-specific information can be managed. The equipment rental management allows internal billing, external billing with joint ventures, as well as cross-company invoicing, taking tax aspects into account.
Movements, Shipping, and Billing
Equipment movements can be precisely recorded using manual or automated shipping documents. In addition, seamless integration with the invoicing module is possible, allowing mixed delivery notes for equipment shipping, material deliveries, and transport services to be created. Quantity-based equipment such as formwork and scaffolding is managed just as efficiently. The automatic hours deployment report enables direct billing of deployment hours.
Profitability and Usage Analysis
The system provides comprehensive deployment and profitability analyses. By comparing calculated costs (e.g., depreciation/interest) with actual rental income, the economic efficiency of each item of equipment is precisely assessed. The location query with type of deployment and expected end of deployment helps to optimally plan the use of equipment.
