Controlling with processed data sets
After a preliminary selection in BDS Baupaket V5, the required data is provided in such a way that it can be read in by the Import Manager of Professional Planner.
Which information is accessible?
- The information from the operational system is placed in a relational database = optimal access for the programs supporting controlling
- Additionally, BDS Baupaket V5 offers the possibility in various evaluations to provide the information created as a CSV file and/or XML file.
Which tools are available?
Due to the variety of tools available in today's IT world, the approach has been taken to keep the data inventories as open as possible so that, taking access permissions into account, company-specific access to the information pool is possible.
In this context, the range stretches, for example, from IBM WebQuery through Infopainter to the product Board.
But also transfers to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, etc. are possible.
Based on many years of experience, BDS offers you support in selecting the tools as well as in their implementation.
